Energy Action Scotland sets up Fuel Poverty Challenge Fund

Energy Action Scotland sets up Fuel Poverty Challenge Fund to support ideas and solutions to help fuel poor and vulnerable households.

Energy Action Scotland has set up a Fuel Poverty Challenge Fund to support ideas and solutions to help fuel poor and vulnerable households.

Supported by the William Grant Foundation, the fund is looking for solutions to help fuel poor and vulnerable households that existing sources of help do not fully meet. The fund is looking to support projects, up to a maximum of £10,000, that will need to complete by the end of March 2021.

Funding is only available to the ordinary (voting) members of Energy Action Scotland.

Year-end reports of supported projects will be used to produce an over-arching Challenge Fund Report that will be used by Energy Action Scotland to showcase and share the learning achieved from the delivery of these initiatives.

Please contact Norman Kerr at norman.kerr@eas.org.uk or 0141 226 3064 for further details.

The deadline for applications is 6 March.
