New Scottish Government Housing Investment Levels
Following work by an expert panel, at which SFHA represented members, the Scottish Government announced increased investment levels for new social housing.

These rates are shown in the table below.
To qualify for the higher “greener” subsidy, new homes must include energy for space heating, as detailed within Section 7 of the 2011 Building Regulations.
