Universal Credit - Help us change policy
SFHA send out a survey each month to collect data on how the Universal Credit rollout is going for our members.
We have regular meetings with the DWP and both the Scottish and UK governments where we are able to tell them about the concerns our members report to us.
Thank you so much to everyone whohas given us their data so far and to those who emailed in to say they would be responding going forward.
If you completed our survey in the past – please keep going, and if you never have - please get on board. We need to be able to compile month to month trend evidence to present to the DWP. To do this we need a consistent response rate.
The SFHA is calling for a halt to the Universal Credit roll-out until it can be proved it is fit for purpose.
Your evidence is vital in order to make this case to the government. They will not listen to anecdotes; instead we need to present statistics and case studies that show the reality of the roll-out on both tenants and housing associations’ arrears levels.
If you have any questions regarding the survey, please email SFHA Research Officer Janine Mckenna, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for returning your information to us and please, keep it coming.
Your data will help us change policy.
