Communications campaign targeting landlords launched by DWP
The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) has launched a communication toolkit for landlords to help publicise Universal Credit.
The toolkit comprises a series of documents and social media files that landlords can adapt for use in their own communications to tenants. The social media files are "vox pops" of housing staff of English and Welsh landlords (the DWP hopes to get similar pieces from Scottish landlords in the future). The files are a combination of GIF files for use on Twitter and Facebook, and MP4 files for use in LinkedIn. Details of the toolkit can be downloaded via the Google Drive links below.
