The Universities of Stirling, Dundee and Heriot-Watt invite you to take part in our strategic programme to improve policy and practice in the area of Housing and Ageing in the UK.

The programme brings together academics, policy makers, service users and organisations delivering policy objectives in practice to exchange knowledge and design best practice.

Working together with Housing LIN, the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) and Age Scotland, the events will focus on linking the strategic policy priorities of Housing and Ageing together with practice and service user experience.

All together, there will be three working group events each with a different focus, culminating with one final larger conference event.

SFHA Members are particularly invited to join the Practice Working Group :
Date 1 May 2018
Time 10.30 – 15.30
Venue Stirling Court Hotel, Stirling

This event brings together housing and ageing organisations and people working in the housing and health sectors in Scotland, England and Wales to look at challenges and priorities across the UK.

The Practice Working Group shall be complimented by a policy makers working group, stakeholder working group and final conference event: Linking Strategy to Future Delivery in Housing and Ageing.

At each event, the afternoon will include a serious game exploring the opportunities and challenges for delivering Housing and Ageing strategies by 2030  led by professional game designer Jim Wallman.
