The biannual Gathering events are a cornerstone of the association’s tenant participation strategy and allow tenants to come together as a community and learn how they can influence the decisions their landlord makes.
The zero-carbon properties have been allocated, with tenants moving into their new homes this week.
Sandra McLeod will retire after almost 40 years in the housing sector.
The accreditation will last for one year and, thereafter, will be an ongoing annual submission which will be co-ordinated by the Business Performance and Systems (BPS) team.
The electric car pool follows the association’s successful application for grant funding in 2018 to purchase an electrical charging point at its headquarters.
