Developed with the support of the Scottish Government and the Highland Council, and in partnership with Highland Housing Alliance, the ten new homes were built to a high standard by Upland Development to meet the evolving needs of modern families.
Cruden Building, part of the Cruden Group, delivered the £4.6 million affordable housing development on schedule for CHA at the site of the former St. Cuthbert’s Church.

The homes support the Scottish Government’s goal to deliver 100,000 new affordable homes over the next decade.
Working together with the Scottish Government, Taigh Innse Gall and the Comhairle, Hebridean Housing Partnership has completed 38 homes this year.
The new homes were built by Sim Building Group in partnership with Falkirk Council.
Having secured planning permission for the new properties, which will be delivered across seven distinct sites in Charleston, Blackwood went through a tendering process to find the ideal delivery partner in Campion, which has its headquarters in Dunfermline.
Osprey worked collaboratively with Moray Council to allocate the properties through a local letting initiative to create and promote a balanced community.
