The development consists of a mixture of general needs and amenity properties, all designed and constructed to Passivhaus standards.
The project is located on the eastern outskirts of St Monans, a few miles west of Anstruther and 12 miles south of St Andrews.
The development features a thoughtfully balanced mix of three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom cottage flats, designed to cater to the diverse housing needs of the local community.
Working in partnership for the first time, this project at The Grange will offer much-needed affordable housing for postgraduate students and university staff, and help reduce accommodation pressures in St Andrews.
The delivery of these new homes for rent was supported by the Scottish Government and East Ayrshire Council with a total of £2.34 million in government grant awarded to the project.
