Wheatley Homes East, part of Wheatley Group, has carried out the large-scale improvement work to improve tenants’ homes.
In the last calendar year Kingdom’s Tenancy Sustainment Services helped 1,090 customers access over £778,000 of support and the latest grant awards, focused on fuel poverty and food hardship, will allow Kingdom to offer additional support as the cost of living continues to increase.
Trust held an event on Monday 20 February to hand over the funding to the three community partners.
The high-quality, energy efficient homes at Alder Gate include a mix of 36 one, two and three-bedroom houses and flats and four accessible properties, all for social rent.
