SHR draft asset management guidance

The SHR has shared a draft of its upcoming asset management guidance with SFHA for comment.  SFHA has shared the draft with our Building Safety and Property Maintenance Forum for comment.   The deadline for comments has been extended to midday on Friday 13 January 2023.

EICRs and the Annual Assurance Statement

SFHA has provided members with some further suggested template wording for use in the Annual Assurance Statement.  The wording can be used in respect of Electrical Inspection Certificate Reports (EICRs) when access has not been possible due to the pandemic.

Energy price rises see staggering intervention from social landlords to protect tenants
