SPSO Complaints handling KPIs delayed until 2022

In June 2021 the SPSO asked for comments on draft Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to accompany its Model Complaints Handling Procedures.  Following feedback received from SFHA and its members, the SPSO has decided to reconsider the KPIs with a view to streamlining these for introduction in 2022/23.

FOI Helpline for SFHA Members Extended

One year on from Freedom of Information legislation being extended to RSLs, the SFHA is pleased to announce that the free helpline provided exclusively to our members by TC Young will continue to be available for the coming year.  SFHA will be holding an event in January with TC Young to talk about lessons learned from the first year.
