Rapid Rehousing is a policy direction set out by the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Action Group (HARSAG) and adopted by the Scottish Government in relation to tackling homelessness in Scotland. Rapid Rehousing by default has been described as the ‘cornerstone’ of the HARSAG recommendations.
