Scottish Government have published guidance for social landlords relating to changes introduced by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014. Zhan McIntyre highlights some of this guidance and invites you to share what you intend to do with the new processes and powers.
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 introduced provisions to make it easier to recover possession of a property that has been designed or adapted for special needs. New guidance is now available.
