Link completes first phase of Inverclyde housing development
A total of 198 properties are being built in Bunston Grove, Greenock, jointly funded by the Scottish Government and Link.
A total of 198 properties are being built in Bunston Grove, Greenock, jointly funded by the Scottish Government and Link.
The flats are designed to meet the needs of older people with eight of the flats adaptable for wheelchair users.
The new homes, located on an already established residential street, are placed near public transport links, green spaces and shops at a nearby retail park.
The development comprises of a mix of family houses, bungalows and upper and lower colony style flats.
The development was supported by Glasgow City Council and the Scottish Government with grant funding of £4.38 million.

CCG Scotland has been working on behalf of Southside Housing Association (SHA) in Pollokshields since 2021 where a second phase of regeneration located on St Andrew’s Drive.
These new affordable homes are expected to be complete by summer 2023.
