Planning Bill Laid in Scottish Parliament

A new Planning Bill was laid in the Scottish Parliament on Tuesday 5th December.  The SFHA has been active during the development of the bill, giving written and oral evidence to the Planning Review which preceded the bill and taking part in a number of consultation events run by the Scottish Government.

Since SFHA's last blog update, there has been another meeting of the SHR's Working Group and a meeting of the SFHA Regulation Sounding Board.    At both of these meetings, an update was provided by the SHR about the content of the forthcoming formal consultation.
