Launching this week (30 January), consultancies and contractors have until 16 March to apply to be part of the ASC1 (Asset Safety and Compliance) Framework, delivered by public sector construction framework provider LHC/SPA.
The rebate programme has been in place since the formation of SPA in 2016 with the purpose of giving back surplus funds, providing further opportunities for public sector organisations to support local projects and progressing the ongoing investment in communities across Scotland.
The conference will explore ways that enable housing associations to build on their successes and discover responses to current and future developmental challenges to ensure that they meet Scotland’s housing needs today and in the future.
