The Goathill project brings together 74 affordable homes, 50 housing with extra care flats by Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) and a 52-bed residential care home by Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar.

SPA is inviting its public sector partners to attend the workshop to discuss the proposals for its new framework.

The framework offers a range of traditional housing solutions to the public sector, as well as low, medium and high-rise construction, care homes, mixed-use sites and sheltered, student and keyworker accommodation.
Housing provider will slash carbon footprint by 90%.
