Jane Wood joins HFS from BT where she was Group UK Nations and Regions Director and a member of the BT Scotland Board.
Mr Henderson, currently the Group Director of Finance, will take over from Martin Armstrong, who announced last year he had decided to step down after more than 11 years at the helm.
Mr Giddings-Reid has over 30 years’ experience working in social housing.
Mr Turner has retired from Thenue after 17 years.
The recruitment process starts this week and the association hopes to make an appointment in the early summer.
The new role will see a dedicated focus placed on enhancing customer service across all areas of CHA’s service delivery.

Susan Bell joined the association last year as Governance and Compliance Manager and has worked within the housing sector for over 20 years across all functions within a housing association.
