OSCR has made applying for rule changes much easier, by reducing its requirements to apply for consent.
OSCR has streamlined its requirements to approve amendments to Rules. Any charitable organisation adopting the SFHA model without any amendments to the objects (section 2) will no longer require to gain prior OSCR approval.
