Good response to Scottish Factoring Network Benchmark Survey 2017
Scottish Factoring Network Benchmark Survey closes.
With over 80 members, the Scottish Factoring Network (SFN) supports and represents social housing providers that deliver factoring services across Scotland.
SFN comprises members from Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA), SHARE and Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum for Housing Associations (GWSF).
The work of the SFN is underpinned by a regular benchmarking survey. This survey has three objectives:
- benchmark views of SFN members
- gather information on best practice
- gather information on challenges/hot topics
The questions for the survey are agreed by the SFN Planning Group.
This year, there were 40 responses to the benchmarking survey – equating to around a 50% response rate.
Work will now begin on analysis of the survey, and preliminary results will be shared with respondents first.
