SFHA Comments on UK Government's Autumn Statement
The SFHA has commented on Chancellor Philip Hammond's announcement of the UK Budget on Wednesday 23 November.
Chancellor Philip Hammond today announced today (Wednesday 23 November 2016) as part of the Autumn Statement, that there would be a reduction in the Universal Credit taper rate from 65% to 63%. This will represent a modest increase in the benefits received by those in work.
