About the masterclass

It is hard to imagine a time when so much focus has been given to psychological safety, resilience and emotional intelligence.  This 45 minute taster session will introduce and start to demystify these in a practical way through the lens of kindness – kindness to yourself and kindness to others - and the difference we can make to all our working lives.

Why attend

  • Learn more about the three ‘deep dive’ events and the benefits of participating
  • Introduce simple actions we can all take to bring them to life in our daily interactions
