About the webinar

This webinar will explore how retrofit can be delivered in rural and remote areas of Scotland, with the aims of supporting tenants in fuel poverty with new energy efficiency measures and contributing to Scotland's net zero ambitions through the installation of clean heating.

Changeworks will provide an overview of the A Perfect Storm report and its impact to date, followed by examples of successful projects that Changeworks and Warmworks have delivered – from the rural South to the Highlands – to share best practice and lessons learnt.

Attendees will hear from SFHA's strategic partners Changeworks and Warmworks who will provide insight on successful delivery programmes in the rural North and South of the Scotland; sharing knowledge on how to approach rural retrofit and ways to overcome some of the rural-specific challenges facing RSLs.

This webinar is aimed at rural housing associations, particularly members of staff involved with the planning and delivery of energy efficiency schemes and clean heating installations.

This webinar is FREE to attend for SFHA members will take place on Thursday 25 April at 2.00pm.  

It was be broadcast via Zoom and the link to join the session will be sent 24 hour before the session begins.
