Development has never been more important as we seek to address the urgent need for housing, during a difficult economic climate with increasing standards.

Come along to hear from other members on how they’re approaching development, from experts on risks and opportunities and from government on reaching our affordable housing goals.

Why attend?

  • Hear about the trends in development and how housing associations have been addressing the unique challenges of the last few years.
  • Explore different types of development, the evidence on them and how they’ve worked on the ground.
  • Discuss upcoming legislative changes and tell policy makers what needs to be considered for social housing providers in Scotland.

Who should attend

The conference will be of interest to those involved in all aspects of the development process, as well as attendees from the Scottish Government and the construction industry.

It provides an unrivalled networking opportunity for anyone who provides development and related services to housing associations and co-operatives and their customers.

Date & venue

The event will take place on Tuesday 12 March 2024 at Radisson Blu, Glasgow. The hotel offers a superb location in central Glasgow. Within walking distance of Glasgow Central Station and with Queen Street Station close by the hotel offers easy access by road or rail.
