About the Forum
Following recent report into the findings of SFHA’s Digital Maturity benchmarking, we know that digital progression is a strategic priority for the majority of our members.
In order to better understand the drivers and solutions to some of the challenges facing the social housing organisations we will be hosting a quarterly roundtable forum.
We know that the past 18 months has vastly changed the way we all use digital platforms, and we want to support our members continue to build on this. Using the Digital Maturity of the Scottish Housing Sector as a starting point, this initial session will allow us to look at the areas and skills that matter most to your organisation in future forums and resources.
Content discussed will cover the following digital and IT areas:
- Cyber Security
- Digital Strategy
- Housing Management Systems
- IT systems and Technology
- Reporting and analysis of data
- Tenant online engagement
