About the Training
While evictions are always a last resort, social landlords must be aware of the relevant law which applies in this field.
The session will explain the court process and provide numerous examples based on case law of anti-social behaviour eviction actions & others and draw from the personal experience of our presenters.
By the end of this training session, attendees will be aware of different types of eviction actions and how they can use these in their daily role.

Date & Venue
The training takes place on the Wednesday 6 February 2019 at the SFHA office in Glasgow city centre. Refreshments will be available from 9.30am with the training commencing at 10am and concluding at 12.30pm.
The delegate fee is £99 for SFHA Members which includes attendance, course materials and refreshments. Limited non members places are available at a cost of £119.
