About the conference

We are facing a challenging and ever changing era of evolving regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, changing working practices and political uncertainty to name a few.

The SFHA Risk Conference will provide a platform for leaders and practitioners within the sector to delve into the landscape of risk management.

Recognising the unique challenges faced by the sector this conference offers a focused exploration of strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.

The programme will be available soon so look out for updates.

Why attend?

Through insightful presentations, interactive workshops, and peer-to-peer discussions, attendees will gain insights into emerging risks such as regulatory compliance, financial volatility, and environmental sustainability.

By attending participants will be able to:

  • Understand current risks facing the sector and hear expert opinions
  • Exchange best practices and lessons learned
  • Network with other housing asociations, co-operatives, and partner organisations
  • Learn from others and ask questions
  • Support your Housing Team’s professional development
  •

Is the conference for me?

This participative, engaging conference will be beneficial to staff or governing body members who are responsible for risk oversight.
