What is this course about?

The SFHA are delighted to offer a series of Procurement Skills Training Courses, funded through a collaboration with Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA). 

Scotland Notices – PCS Website (Non OJEU)

This session will provide you the understanding of a contract notice and how your RSL can use this to inform potential interested parties about a public sector contract opportunity. A Scotland Notice or PCS Website Notice (Non OJEU) will be used for works, service or supplies of values between £50k and £4.1m. You will learn all the options Prior Information Notices (PIN), Single and Dual notices and the award notice process.


How do I book a place?

This training is FREE to attend. 

Booking is limited to:

  • SFHA members only (Includes subsidiaries/social enterprises)
  • SPA members

Places for each training session are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited to a maximum of 2 people per organisation for each topic

Cancellation & No Show Policy for Procurement Training

All cancellations must be notified to SFHA by email at least 24hrs before the training starts. A substitute delegate can be named at this time. If cancellation occurs after the event or there is a no show, an administration fee of £40 is payable. The SFHA’s Full Terms and Conditions of booking are set on our website www.sfha.co.uk

The training will take place at SFHA's offices in Glasgow city Centre.
