Organisations across Scotland are recognising the value of understanding the impact trauma can have on customers and the small changes to service that can make a huge impact on wellbeing. At SFHA we are keen to support our members as they consider what this means across the housing sector and to help promote emerging practice and understanding.

The Trauma, Resilience and Housing day at SFHA has three sessions available, including a screening of the documentary Resilience, an awareness raising session offered by NHS Health Scotland and a Resilience and Tenancy Sustainment Forum.

  • 10.00 am      Screening of the documentary Resilience
  • 11.30 am      Awareness raising session offered by NHS Health Scotland
  • 1.30pm         Resilience and Tenancy Sustainment Forum.

Places are FREE for SFHA members, and you can select to the sessions of most interest.
