Online Webinar,

Void Management – Best practices, barriers and solutions

About the webinar

SFHA Associate Utility Aid understand how time-consuming and stressful managing voids can be across multiple properties. Utility Aid hear from organisations daily, struggling with a wide array of issues, from missing or damaged meters to loss of power supply, to debt. These issues can take hours to resolve on the phone to suppliers, and many organisations simply don’t have the resources. Utility Aid work with organisations to understand specific needs, pain points and budget, to propose a tailored solution, and will be sharing some of the solutions with you throughout the webinar.

Utility Aid will advise all the information you should be gathering each time a tenant moves in or out of a property and will talk you through the best practices when it comes to restoring power to a property. Utility Aid will propose some solutions to the key issues organisations face along with some of the top reasons for delays, and how to avoid falling victim to these.

Utility Aid will provide information about some of the helpful additional services we can assist you with, such as meter installations and isolator switch installs.
