After a career in marketing, business start-up and charity project management, Kate’s career in housing began when she started working with Link Housing’s Welfare Advice Team. When Lintel Trust joined the Link group of subsidiaries in 2015, she saw the opportunity to make more of a difference. Since then, she has supported Lintel Trust in ‘going digital’; created a new website, social media presence and online grant application service and incorporated social value monitoring into Lintel Trust’s grant giving. She has led the Trust in developing a charitable fund management service to generate sustainable income. Kate is responsible for the management of the SPA Community Benefit Fund, delivered to projects across Scotland.
