About the training

This session will update RSL staff on the latest notice periods required amidst the pandemic. It will detail steps RLSs should take while they wait for notice periods to expire and look at ways RSLs can reduce arrears going forward. The session will also cover how the courts are functioning in “the new normal” and give a flavour of what RSLs can expect when taking cases to court for eviction.

Who should attend?

This training will be of interest for anyone who works in housing management or deals with arrears.

This training session costs £49 for SFHA members and £75 for non members.

Meeting format information

This session will be run as a Zoom meeting. This will allow you to have your camera and, when invited, microphone enabled. This will give you an opportunity to interact with the speaker and the other participants. We hope this will let you discuss and share good practice on this important topic.

The live event will open up 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and when you join you will be placed in a waiting room until a member of the SFHA team admits you.
