Thank you to those who attended the masterclass.
Back in 2017 the Dutch housing association Mitros found themselves puzzling over ways digitalisation could help improve and speed up ‘traditional’ processes. Transforming the existing organisation was not the way forward Mitros was looking for, so they decided to something more radical. They set up a ‘startup’ housing association to function as their ‘digital twin’, a digital replica of the existing organisation. The name they chose for this new organisation? Qlinker.
Qlinker aims to share learnings with other interested housing associations.
The objectives of Qlinker are a 30% reduction in operational cost as well as a customer satisfaction score of 9+ (on a scale of 10).
In order for SFHA members to learn from Qlinker (and maybe even decide to build their own ‘digital twin’), we ran an introductory masterclass on the 4 November to a workshop that will be running at the Digital & Innovation Virtual Conference taking place in 2021.
The recording of the webinar is available below.
