We are looking for an Asset Management Officer to join our team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in Asset Management or construction. Alternatively, they will be able to evidence comparable experience in a similar role. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

- Leading the identification, preparation and continual improvement of asset management information
- Managing Stock Condition Survey records and ensuring this data is kept up-to-date
- Assisting with the identification of delivery models for planned maintenance and contract works.
- Managing contract files and providing general office support as required
- Developing and managing action plans from major component replacement programmes.

A valid, in-date driving licence and access to a car insured for business use will also be required.
