Job description
Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Corporate Services Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis and help us deliver excellent services to tenants, stakeholders, and staff.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from supporting our Board and Chief Executive, keeping our digital presence up to date and assisting with HR support and training initiatives. If you thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy working at the heart of an organisation, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
• Be the first point of contact in delivering a high-quality service to tenants, staff, Board members, and stakeholders.
• Provide corporate administration support, including HR record-keeping, training coordination, and occasional PA duties to the Chief Executive as required.
• Play a key role in Board and governance support – from scheduling meetings and taking minutes, to supporting recruitment, inductions, and governance compliance.
• Assist in managing our digital presence, including website, social media, newsletters, and our tenant app.
• Support staff learning and development, training coordination, and the promotion of our organisational values.
• Help drive continuous improvement, ensuring our processes remain compliant, efficient, and people centred.
What we’re looking for
• Strong organisational and communication skills as you will be juggling varied responsibilities.
• Confidence in building relationships with tenants, staff, and stakeholders at every level.
• A proactive and adaptable approach as you will be expected to take initiative and see tasks through.
• A keen interest in governance, HR, and digital communications.
• Previous experience in an administration, corporate services, or a governance role would be an advantage.
Why join us?
At the heart of everything we do are our values: Empowering, Kindness, Holistic, and Agile. At EKHA, we’re proud to provide quality homes and services that make a real difference in our community. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values people and works collaboratively to improve lives in our community.
