At the heart of our service is a deep commitment to excellence and the provision of high quality, affordable homes, care and support services for the individuals and communities we serve. We’ve achieved and sustained an impressive level of growth and quality service provision because we have an equally impressive collection of talented individuals working with us. Now, we need to add to that list. And that’s where you come in.

You will work with the Development Manager and the Development Team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and high-quality development service covering new build, regeneration and modernisation, providing the highest quality project management service to ensure ongoing project delivery and securement of new business.

You should be a graduate with professional qualification/membership (CMCIH, MRISC, NCIOB etc) or equivalent and ideally you should have significant experience in capital project delivery as well as experience of people management and be able to motivate and lead teams. You will have hands on experience of procurement, appointment and management of a range of property consultants and contractors, multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working and have excellent communication and IT skills. With personal integrity and credibility, you must be able to collaborate with all stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.

As our values are incredibly important to us you will need to be able to demonstrate a personal commitment and positive approach to Eildon’s vision and values to deliver an effective and valued service to all our customers.

We have a modern office in Selkirk to support us working collaboratively, and have the infrastructure to support flexible, hybrid working options, to enable our people to work in the most effective way to deliver the requirements of their role and balance this with their lives outside of work.
