Job description
SFHA is the leading membership body for, and collective voice of, housing associations and co-operatives in Scotland. We exist to represent, support and connect our members.

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality events? We’re looking for a proactive Events Administrator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, professional events that support our members and promote the values of SFHA.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of home and office-based working. As a key member of our events team, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day coordination of our events programme. Working closely with the Events Manager and Events Co-ordinator, you will provide administrative and systems support across all aspects of our events—from conferences and webinars to training sessions and member engagement activities.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be confident working independently as well as part of a team, with a professional and positive approach to your work.

In return, we offer a supportive and flexible working environment, enhanced annual leave, access to Perkbox, a cycle to work scheme, and a range of other employee benefits that promote wellbeing and work-life balance.

If you want to make an impact to the vital work the social housing sector does then please get in touch by sending a CV and covering letter outlining how you meet the requirements of the role outlined in the job description to agrady@sfha.co.uk by 12 noon on Monday 28th July 2025
