Hanover Scotland is thrilled to be recruiting for a Mobile Development Manager – a role that’s as rewarding as it is inspiring. If you're passionate about helping others and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This full-time, permanent position (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offers the chance to support residents in living independently within a safe, welcoming, and caring environment. You’ll be the friendly face of Hanover across our West area developments, delivering exceptional service and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day management of housing developments, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Log and monitor repairs, liaise with contractors, and carry out property inspections.
• Engage regularly with residents, offering advice and support.
• Ensure performance targets and KPIs are met with professionalism and care.
