Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday-Friday

We are looking to recruit a Lead Factoring Officer. This post presents a great opportunity to join a leading Housing Association with a clear desire to invest in its Factoring Service and take it to the next level.

Your role will involve acting as the lead point for Factored Owners, providing a professional interface with customers and improving the standards we supply.

Your duties will consist of:
• Acting as the Custodian of all services provided under our Factoring principles, including billing queries and customer engagement.
• Proactively building strong client relationships and ensuring we deliver great customer service.
• Meeting property owners both one to one and in group sessions to gauge all aspects of our service provision
• Excellent levels of complaints handling and resolution
• Tight control over financial and budget elements, including profit and loss levels being achieved by the service.
• Ensuring arrears management is timely and effective with regular reporting to the CEO and Board
• You should have property-based experience and be adept at problem solving with the ability to manage a busy workload
• A high level of Admin/IT Skills and Housing Management systems is preferred, and a clean driving licence is essential
