Salary: The salary for this post is £23,298.16 per annum rising to £24,524.38 on successful completion of 6-month probationary period (please note this salary is subject to change in line with April 2025 Pay Review). (FTE salary is £46,596.322 rising to £49,048.76)
Work pattern:17.25 hours (Wednesday-Friday)

Job description
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Services Team.
Cairn Housing Group requires a Housing Officer to contribute towards the provision of an excellent tenancy management service aligned to our vision and values, organisational changes and relevant legislation, regulatory guidance and best practice.
The successful applicant should have a substantial experience of working in a similar role and dealing with all aspects Housing Management and it is desirable the successful candidate holds a Relevant Housing Management Qualification. It is also essential the successful candidate has substantial experience delivering a high quality comprehensive customer service.
