Link Housing Association deliver The City of Edinburgh Council's Private Sector Leasing Scheme (PSL). C~urb PSL deliver this service to over 1,500 landlords with approximately 1,850 properties. The leased properties are utilised by the council to provide intermediate temporary accommodation.
C~urb PSL, part of Link Group, seeks an individual to join our team of graduates and experienced administrators with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast paced but supportive office environment. A flexible, can-do attitude and attention to detail and customer care is essential to the role of Administrator for Repairs & Compliance, as you will be liaising with tenants, contractors, colleagues, and landlords to arrange appointments for repairs and safety checks to keep tenants’ homes in good repair.
Full training is provided with an opportunity to gain a Letting Agency Management qualification in one of Edinburgh’s largest Letting Agents and social enterprises, which won the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Excellence in the Private Rented Sector award in 2022, for its innovative work to alleviate homelessness. A proven record of time management, communication skills and attention to detail is essential for the role. About You
As Repairs and Compliance Administrator you will have knowledge of repairing standards in the housing sector as well as knowledge and commitment to excellent customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities. Administration experience within a fast-paced office environment is an essential requirement of this role.
A good general standard of education and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is required for this position.
