Insurance premiums have been increasing significantly across the sector and the market of insurance providers is shrinking. SFHA members have been advising us of occasions where there has been just a single response to insurance tenders. With the implications of under insurance - or any inability to procure appropriate insurance - significant for our members, SFHA is bringing together sector experts in this one-off webinar.
Alastair Ross, of the Association of British Insurers (ABI), with input from the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA), will update SFHA members on what is happening in the insurance sector to cause these issues. Practical advice on how to ensure your organisation is attractive to insurers will also be discussed. Understanding what insurers are looking for, in terms of quality of your data and risk management, can assist in terms of pricing and cover. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
The session is aimed at finance staff within the sector as well as any other staff with an interest in the current insurance market concerns.
This FREE to attend webinar is exclusively for SFHA members. It will take place on Monday 22 June 2023 at 14:00.
It was be broadcast via Microsoft Teams and the link to join the session will be sent 24 hours before the session begins.
