Good communication sits at the heart of property factoring, and getting homeowners to engage and get involved in decisions can be tricky. 

This year’s Scottish Factoring Conference, in partnership with SFHA, GWSF and SHARE, will explore practical ways for factors to run meetings that encourage participation, lead to clear decisions and strengthen relationships with homeowners.
