Free two-hour interactive session on the Essential TECH Toolkit.
Do you have a role in supporting tenants to get online? Would you like to know more about trusted digital resources that could support your tenants’ wellbeing? If so, join us on Thursday 21 January, from 11:00 to 13:00. This free two-hour interactive session will focus on the Essential TECH Toolkit.
The toolkit encompasses a range of trusted online resources and apps to support tenants. The training, delivered by SFHA and SCVO, demonstrates some of these resources and provides opportunities to consider their practical application.
By the end of the session, you will be able to identify situations where each resource could be used, feel confident about having conversations about the resources and be aware of other considerations that should be highlighted with end users, based on their specific situations.
Following the session, you will be sent the full TECH Toolkit.
