SFHA’s Housing Management Conference, will consider the live issues that affect housing managers and the skills needed to tackle the challenges facing the sector.   

The conference, taking place on 22 March, will see Scottish Women’s Aid and Berwickshire Housing Association discussing the responsibilities of social landlords in improving housing outcomes for those experiencing domestic abuse.  

Here’s a look at some of our session highlights: 

  • Supporting tenants, preventing homelessness  
  • Anti-social behaviour approaches  
  • Supporting tenants who hoard  
  • New ways of working in housing management  

Who should attend?

The conference is aimed at housing professionals on the front-line: housing managers and directors, allocations officers, tenancy sustainment officers, rent collection officers, arrears officers and housing management officers.

  • £240 for SFHA members
  • £335 for non-members
