During our Housing Management Conference, on 22 March, Tenant Participation Expert Lesley Baird will explore how you can you provide opportunities for tenants to contribute their own ideas and shape the services delivered by your association? Come along and hear strategies that have worked.

Lesley will be joined by Lydia Banks and Linlay Anderson from Angus Housing Association.

Meet the Speaker

Lesley has worked with TPAS from 1996 to 2022, she was CEO for 25 years. While she worked for TPAS Lesley worked with tenant and landlord organisations all over Scotland, supporting and building participation.  Although Lesley has stood down her role as CEO of TPAS she will continue to work alongside TPAS as an associate as well as undertaking her own projects.

Lesley is skilled in developing partnerships between landlords and tenants, ensuring tenants voices are strong, are heard and are considered in decisions.

Here’s a look at some of our session highlights:

  • Supporting tenants, preventing homelessness
  • Anti-social behaviour approaches
  • Supporting tenants who hoard
  • New ways of working in housing management
