Many housing associations have to deal with anti-social complaints on a regular basis and dealing with these complaints can be time consuming and identifying the most effective manner to deal with the problem can be difficult.

Our Housing Management Conference, on 22 March will look at the range of actions available to landlords.

Meet the Speaker

Alastair McKendrick leads TC Young’s litigation team in contentious property, construction and development disputes as well as housing management matters.

He has over 14 years’ experience assisting RSLs. Alastair advises RSLs on dealing with anti-social behaviour, including evictions, tenancy conversions to Short Scottish Secure Tenancies and other remedies (ASBOs/ transfer/ mediation).

Who should attend?

The conference is aimed at housing professionals on the front-line: housing managers and directors, allocations officers, tenancy sustainment officers, rent collection officers, arrears officers and housing management officers.

Tickets are priced at:

  • £240 for SFHA members
  • £335 for non-members

Book two places and bring a colleague for free! *
