Development Conference: First session topics announced

Learn how you can support the delivery of your affordable housing projects at our Development Conference on 15 March at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
The conference, sponsored by Scottish Procurement Alliance, comes as the Scottish Government’s next Affordable Housing Supply Programme is about to get underway.
Underpinned by a commitment to provide 110,000 additional affordable homes by 2032, this will see homes built to new net zero standards and through modern methods of construction.
This year's programme will have sessions for staff involved in all aspects of the development process.
Sessions will explore key issues related to development, including:
- Affordable Housing Supply Programme 2022–2026
- Housing for Varying Needs
- Transforming old buildings into housing
- Working with local authorities
- Current and future development (modern methods of construction and net zero)
- Members showcase: See examples of housing associations that are already developing to the new standards
