Did you know that ageism is the most widespread discrimination in the UK?
Age Scotland is running an Age Inclusion webinar for WISH Scotland on 15 August 2023 from 12:00 - 13:00.
The purpose of this webinar is to raise awareness of ‘age and ageism’ in the workplace and it explores what can be done as individuals to create an age inclusive workplace. The webinar provides an introduction into the positives of having an age inclusive workforce as well as the consequences of ageism.
By attending this webinar you will learn what an age inclusive workplace is and what you can do to help your organisation become more inclusive as well as exploring the biases and myths about age.
