We want to share with you some exciting interesting digital events happening over the next few weeks at TSG to add to your calendar, and to also provide an update on a great digital funding opportunity to take advantage of. 
 
Upcoming events: 

Microsoft Customer Voice in action: A spotlight on mhs homes, Tuesday 27 September, 12:30-13:30

I am delighted to invite you to our latest Lunch & Learn session, with special guest speakers from mhs homes! 

Back in April, we hosted a very well-attended Lunch & Learn session, “Microsoft Customer Voice – your answer to tenant satisfaction measures & perception surveys”. Following the event, we've spoken to many housing associations about implementing Microsoft Customer Voice, one of which was mhs homes.  

For September’s Lunch & Learn, we’ll be joined by mhs homes to share their experience of implementing Microsoft Customer Voice, with TSG's assistance, to automate customer surveys and leverage the use of their Microsoft licence.

FYI: Our “Lunch & Learn” sessions take place once a month, for an hour at lunchtime; they are open to all, and free of charge to attend. 

TSG Training Microsoft Teams course, October 

I’m also pleased to invite you to join the second cohort for our introductory course of 3x complimentary TSG Training sessions! The attendees to our TSG Training Lunch & Learn in May made up the first cohort and I simply cannot recommend the course enough. The course will give you an insight into how we approach training at TSG and a taster of just one of the courses we can offer: 

Session 1: Communication – 5 October, 12.30-13:00
The basic principles behind using Teams to communicate efficiently. 

Session 2: Collaboration - 12 October, 12.30-13:00 
An introduction to collaborating with colleagues effectively.  

Session 3: Security in Teams – 19 October, 12.30-13:00
Basics on using Teams to maximise data protection. 

These sessions will be short introductions to TSG’s training practice, covering the basics from the core elements of Microsoft Teams. We recommend joining all three sessions as these combine to become our full Teams in 90 minutes 'Communicate, Collaborate and Secure' course. Skill for Growth 

Finally, I’d like to highlight a resource opportunity called Skills for Growth, delivered in partnership with Skills Development Scotland, that supports housing associations and companies with up to 250 employees. 

In short, it is a free, fully funded business consultancy service designed for all of Scotland’s employers who are adapting to a new ever-challenging economic environment, where having the right blend of skills in place is essential. With a greater focus on innovation and productivity, we believe Skills for Growth can open many doors and connections within Scotland and its funding landscape too!
